They offer free domain names and they host it for you. Blogger blog is provided by google and they host it for you. You just have to choose the domain name that you prefer and then it will automatically have an extension of blogspot.com. Create your gmail account (this is a google email account). To create a blog with free google hosting and a domain, just visit www.blogger.com and signup. Follow instruction in creating a blog and make sure you have at least five unique articles written for you upload on your blog when you are done creating it. Make sure you choose a nice template there are a lot of free templates online. I advise you not to choose templates you see inside blogger because a lot of people are using it already. Find something that is nice to look at and have many features.
Let’s assume that you already created a blog and uploading your five unique posts on your blog. Make sure you have atleast five when you monetize it with google adsense. There is a menu inside blogger that says “monetize”, click on it and apply for goggle adsense account. Wait for a few days and check every few days if you have been approved. You will receive a letter when your application is accepted. There is no reason for google to deny you if you uploaded unique content and not a duplicate so don’t just copy articles from other websites or article directories. Maybe you can do it but make sure that it is entirely rewritten and not the exact copy.
When you have been approved , it’s time for you to create ads inside your adsense account. Follow the instruction in creating ads there and incorporate that in your blog or website.
TIPS IN CREATING YOUR ADSENSE ADS TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE
It’s important that the google ads you create would blend in your blogger templates because you would get more clicks on your ads because people would assume that they are normal links and contents of your blog. Only people who have google adsense account knows that those are google ads and not part of your content so normal readers will likely click on them. Make your google ads appear like normal links but don’t try to change the codes or add html codes in there because google won’t like it . Don’t ever click on your ads or google will ban your adsense account.

What good is a website/blog if there is no traffic?. Yes, traffic is very important in making money online. I can assure you that you can’t make money online without driving traffic to your blog. TRAFFIC is what makes blog earn money. As much as possible, you have to work hard to drive traffic to your blog. CONTENT like TRAFFIC plays a great role to your website’s success so make sure that you constantly drive traffic and at the same time create quality and pillar content on your website.

If you’ve been doing it for quite awhile then you must be familiar in what I’m trying to write on this blog. There are a lot of ways to drive traffic to your blog or website. Before I forget to mention, make sure that your content is indexed by google, yahoo, bing and other search engines. At least make sure that you are indexed by google. Com .
You can check if you are INDEXED by google just by entering your ever posts url to google search box. If google search engine were able to find your post’s url then your post is already indexed by google.
